Santika Premiere Lampung

Located in a strategic area in Bandar Lampung, Hotel Santika Premiere Lampung is easily accessed by business and leisure travellers. Designed in a modern contemporary style, the 120-room hotel incorporates local traditional values combined with simple lines, organic and geometric shapes, to create elegance and warmth. The interior elements, such as the shapes, colours and motifs are much inspired by Lampung’s natural features, which include the beaches, mountains and the hilly terrain.

The lobby, as the first area to impress the guests, welcomes them with the pièce de résistance artwork behind the reception desk, titled “The Circle of Harmony”. It means the harmony of natural elements, which is symbolized with a circle that represents perfection, balance, interactivity, and the circle of life. It is backdropped beautifully by another artwork that depicts Lampung’s mountainous feature. The floor is beautified by custom-made marbles with geometric pattern that subtly directs your eyes to the wall artwork and reception desk. The lobby boasts a playful harmony of elements while being balanced by the overall earthy colour tone.

These combinations of shapes and colours are carried on in more areas, including the restaurant, the meeting rooms and the ballroom. It is also how the interior design responds to the architecture of the hotel, which incorporates a lot of curves, from the roof to the swimming pool

The calm ambiance is applied throughout the corridors until the guest rooms. After a long day of work or adventurous holiday, tiredness is quickly replaced with the feelings of relaxed, charmed and romantic once guests enter the bedroom. Rounded corners on the ceiling, furniture, mirror and other elements are small things that help create the feeling of ease. The headboard graphic in each bedroom takes inspiration from the mountain and the beach, fused with the motifs of Lampung’s batik. Blue and gold become the main colours, which represent calmness and luxury, while the curvy lines inspired from the waves represent a sense of liveliness.
